Disable Suggestion in Google Chrome Address Bar
A list of suggestions appears as soon as you type in Google Chrome address bar. The number of the suggestions displayed depends on the browser’s history and bookmark. This suggestion feature is meant to help users find and visit the URL quickly without having to type the complete address. However, if you get annoyed with it, you can disable the suggestion so it won’t appear again the next time you type an URL in the address bar.
How to disable suggestion in Chrome address bar:
1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Open the Options window.
3. Go to tab “Under the Hood”.
4. Uncheck the check box that says “use a suggestion service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar”.

5. Click the close button and you’re done.
Now try to type something in Chrome address bar. The suggestion list isn’t displayed anymore.
