To start the merging, all you have to do is simply adding all of the mp3 files that you want to combine. The “add mp3 file” button allows you to add mp3 file one by one if the files are separated in different folders, while the “add folder” lets you add all mp3 files inside a folder at once.

This freeware works with Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP and 2003. The download size of its current version, v1.6, is only about 833KB. You can download it from here.
