Extract Multiple Rar Files At Once from Different Folders
There are lots of applications you can use to extract rar files from the commercial ones like Winrar to freeware such as 7-zip, iZarc, ZipGenius, and more. However, most of these programs can only extract multiple rar archives as long as they are located in one folder. It’s quite difficult to find one that can extract many archives at once from different folders. In fact, I can only find ExtractNow so far.
ExtractNow is a freeware for Windows that enables you to extract the archives either it is from the context-menu in Windows Explorer or from the main window of the application.

Go to a folder, select all of the rar archives you want to extract, right-click on them and select “Enqueu”. The main window of the program will be displayed and the files will be added to the waiting list. Next, go to the other folders where all of the rar files are located and select the ones that you need to extract and then do the same as the previous step. When you have added all of the archives, hit the “Extract” button.

In addition to RAR, it also supports other archive formats like ISO, BIN, IMG, IMA, IMZ, 7Z, ACE, JAR, GZ, LZH, LHA, TAR, SIT and ZIP. ExtractNow 4.39 is compatible with Windows 98, XP, & Vista and can be downloaded from the developer’s homepage.
