FreeApp: Install Multiple Apps At Once

Need to install multiple apps? FreeApp is a website where you can simply select your favorite programs from the provided list and create a custom installer that you can use to install all of the selected applications. The list contains mostly popular free software. The only shareware I noticed was Winrar but perhaps I missed out some others. I didn’t count how many programs are there but there are quite many apps to choose from.

How to get the installer for all of the programs you need? Basically you just put a tick mark to every application you want and then press the “get installer” button. The programs are categorized into different groups to ease users find what they need which includes browser, communication, anti virus and firewall, anti spyware, system utilities, office software, audio and video, imaging, cd and dvd tools, desktop enhancement, file sharing and transfer, compression and backup, runtimes and drivers, benchmarking, and other utilities.

The FreeApp developer says that the applications will be downloaded from reputable sources and they are free from viruses and the likes. Note that you might find some trouble as FreeApp is still in beta development.
