FIFA Chrome Extension team released an extension that allows user to get updated with the latest news on World Cup 2010 while being online. There are stats, live scores and match schedules of World Cup 2010 provided through this extension. Beside getting the updates, you can also personalize which teams that you want to follow the progress and share the events on Twitter, Facebook and Buzz. I wish there were more sharing options but these three would be fairly sufficient.

After you install the extension, a new icon will be displayed next to the Chrome address bar. If you want to get the latest news about World Cup 2010, you can just click the icon.
